TERMS & CONDITIONSEffective October 27, 2026Our Commitment:
We provide dependable property care with quality workmanship, clear communication, and respect for your property. These terms explain what you can expect and help us deliver consistent service.Service Agreements:
The approved estimate or written service agreement defines the work and pricing. Additional work or charges require your approval before proceeding. Specific terms in an approved estimate take priority over these general policies.Scheduling:
Visits are scheduled within an agreed service window. Weather, property conditions, and unforeseen delays may require adjustments. We will communicate changes promptly and coordinate a replacement date when needed.Cancellations & Skips:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or skip a visit. During slow growth, we may recommend adjusting service frequency. Extended gaps between visits may require additional work; any overgrowth charges will be discussed and approved before service.Property Access & Preparation:
Please unlock gates, secure pets indoors, and remove toys, hoses, personal items, and pet waste from service areas. If access is unavailable or conditions prevent safe work, affected areas may be skipped. Return visits depend on availability, and any additional charge requires advance approval.Safety & Property Conditions:
Keep people and pets away from operating equipment. Please identify known hazards, exposed irrigation components, wiring, and fragile items before service. We may stop or postpone work when conditions are unsafe or could damage the property, including excessively wet ground.Payments:
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Available payment methods appear on your invoice. Unpaid balances may result in a pause in future service after notice. No additional work will be charged without authorization.Service Concerns & Damage:
We stand behind our workmanship. Please report service concerns or suspected damage promptly so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution. Lawn and plant results also depend on weather, watering, soil, pests, and other conditions beyond the services performed.Service Changes & Ending Service:
Please communicate changes to service scope, frequency, or ongoing service directly to us. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, either party may end recurring service by written notice. Payment remains due for completed work.Acceptance:
These terms apply when provided to you and accepted as part of an estimate or service agreement. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to future work.Contact:
